On February 21, 2007 ICANN’s Senior Vice President, Services, Kurt J. Pritz issued an official Notice of Breach of ICANN Registrar Accreditation Agreement to Registerfly stating: “Registerfly has 15 working days to cure the breaches described in this letter”.
The breaches are described in this official letter.
What I’d like to know is why did it take over a year for ICAAN to take action when these complaints started to trickle in in late 2005 and then continued in 2006 to turn into a torrent?
If you are at all effected by the continuing RegisterFly debacle, please stay informed at the Registerfly rant site RegisterFlies!

There may be light yet at the end of the RegisterFly tunnel (or maybe hole would be more appropriate). According the the anti-RF site RegisterFlies, the former CEO of RF has been removed from his position and other interested parties are trying to salvage what’s left of the company.
If you have, or previously had, domains registered at RF you won’t want to miss this - Breaking News Positive Light
Of course, regardless of what happens with RF as soon as I can get the last of my domains away from RF the better (the ones I haven’t lost yet that is due to RF’s incompetence!).

Well at least someone in the domaining world is finally recognizing that there are serious issues at RegisterFly.
Enom, the registrar for whom RF was originally a reseller, has finally admitted that RF has problems.
I only wish someone had stepped up before I lost almost 2o domains due to RF’s incompetence. Now if only I can get Enom to answer my emails as I have about 30 domains that I’d like to transfer out…
