ICAAN issues RegisterFly ultimatum.
On February 21, 2007 ICANN’s Senior Vice President, Services, Kurt J. Pritz issued an official Notice of Breach of ICANN Registrar Accreditation Agreement to Registerfly stating: “Registerfly has 15 working days to cure the breaches described in this letter”.
The breaches are described in this official letter.
What I’d like to know is why did it take over a year for ICAAN to take action when these complaints started to trickle in in late 2005 and then continued in 2006 to turn into a torrent?
If you are at all effected by the continuing RegisterFly debacle, please stay informed at the Registerfly rant site RegisterFlies!
